Country of manufacture

Right at the end of Chandni Chowk where it meets Fatehpuri, is this historic family-run mithai shop with four tables at the back. It has the distinction of selling the most famous Kaju Barfi in the whole of Delhi. In addition, it has a small but very good range of Karachi Halwa, Badam Sev Barfi, Boondi Laddoos and seasonal treats like Sindhi Ghewar which are rather like giant Jalebis, sold around Holi. They have a few types of lassi: with malai, flavoured with rose and almond, salty, as well as Chole Puri of no particular distinction. (critical review by Marryam H Reshii)
