 1. What is Food Feasta? 

FoodFeasta is an online platform where one can order from any corner of India and enjoy the famous food delicacies of different Indian traditions & locations, in your own dining room.

 2. Where Do You Source Food From?

FoodFeasta sources form either most famous and traditional generational food crafters or contemporary food crafters, who have something rare and different to offer.

 3. What is "My Account"? 

My Account is the exclusive space offered to you to store information regarding your dealings with FoodFeasta. You can view and edit your personal detail like address, contact number, password etc. any time. Also, you can view all your previous orders and can reorder, check details, make payment for unpaid orders and generate invoices.

You can also view the products saved in your Wish List and order them anytime. And you can also track the status of your orders here.

4. How Do I Create My Account?

It is very easy to create your FoodFeasta account, simply click Create Account on top right corner of our homepage and fill in simple information (First Name, Last Name & Email Address) and create Password. Voila! It’s done!!

You can also create/login the account with your social accounts of Facebook and Google.

5. What is The Minimum Order Quantity? 

There is no restriction on Minimum order quantity.  You can order as per product & quantity offered. Also, there is no restriction on maximum order quantity.

6. What Is the Cut-Off Time Of Order?

You can place your order anytime.

7. How Can I Order? 

You can order directly on our website which is simple, organized, quick and user friendly.

Select any product of your choice and click on that. It will take you to the product details page, here you can check and select the quantity, then click Add to Cart. Follow the simple laid process and you will be relishing your food of choice soon!

We will send you an e-mail notification with the shipping details, as soon as the order is dispatched.

8. I Would Like To Place 2 Similar Orders But With Different Addresses, Can I do this in One Transaction?

No, you need to make two separate transactions. In the address field, the address needs to be changed.

9. How Do I Pay For FoodFeasta Purchase?

FoodFeasta offers you multiple payment options. Whatever your online mode of payment is, you can be assured that our trusted Payment Gateway partners use highly secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. These include, but not limited to-

  • Credit card (Visa/ Master/ Amex)
  • Debit card (All leading bank debit cards)
  • Net Banking (For all leading banks)
  • COD (at select locations only) (this option will show, if your delivery address falls in 0ne of those locations)
  • All kinds of wallets and e-payment options
  • International Payments (thru PayPal) (you need to change the currency to US Dollar, on top right corner of our home page)

10. What Are The Delivery Charges?

We have tied up with the best shipping companies for timely and secure delivery. The shipping charges depend upon the quantity and weight of the products ordered. We charge for shipping services at very low rates and it starts at just Rs. 39/-.

11. How Do I Check The Current Status Of My Order? 

It’s really simple. Just login to and click My Account on top right corner and you will land on your Customer Panel page. It will offer you a list of options for you to select:

  • Your Orders- Just click Order History button- To check details of all your previous orders; To pay for the unpaid orders; To generate invoices
  • Account Settings- To edit your profile; To change password
  • Addresses- To edit/add billing and shipping addresses
  • Products- To view/order your favourite products saved in Wish List
  • Track Order- To check the status of your orders

12. Do You Deliver Outside India?

No we do not deliver outside India right now. However, if you want us to, please submit details here, we would love to work on it.

13. Where Do You Deliver In India? 

We deliver pan India. However, you can check your pincode for delivery here.

14. What Are The Delivery Areas And Delivery Timings?

We deliver pan-India in 1-5 business days depending upon customer's location.

Please note that the delivery timing depends on several factors like: weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions and other special events.
