A: It is easy to create your Food Feasta account, simply Click Create an account in My Account and fill in simple personal information (First Name, Last Name & Email Address) and Password.
A: There is no restriction on Minimum order quantity.  You can order as per our product & quantity offered. Also, there is no restriction on maximum order quantity.
A: You can place your order anytime.
A: You can order thru our website which is simple, organized, quick and user friendly.
A: No, you need to make two separate transactions. In the address field, the address needs to be changed.

A: Prices in our portal is inclusive of all charges- taxes, packing & shipping cost. However, for some particulars places, there might be additional of shipping charges or if you want, an express delivery then shipping charges is applicable additionally.

A: It’s very simple. Just float your cursor on "My Account" link on the top right hand side of any page. It will drop a list of options for you to select:

  • My Orders
  • My Wish list
  • Track Order

Registered customers can check the order details by clicking on "My Orders".

Next Page will show you all your existing and previous orders placed.

Click on the Purchase Id you want to know the status of.

If you checked out as a Guest, you can click "Track Order".

Enter your Email Address and the Purchase ID and click on "Track" button below.

We will send you an e-mail notification with the shipping details, as soon as the order is dispatched.
