Even though we do not accept returned items, if in case you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you can inform us at email@example.com and we promise to look into it and act appropriately on case to case basis. If you have received a substandard product or if the packet seems to be damaged, you can send us pictures of the same and we will try to replace it, if possible and we mean it.
However, once you have placed and confirmed an order, being food products and as we place the order immediately to concerned producer, it cannot be cancelled. We hope, you understand.
